.: 2023/2024 Registration Procedure And Payment Instructions

All admitted candidates will be required to pay a non-refundable sum of Sixty Thousand Naira Only (60,000) only as Acceptance and Clearance Processing Fee on or before 3rd October, 2023. Please note that any candidate who fails to accept the offer of admission between the period stipulated above should consider the admission forfeited.

. : A: Resumption Information/Payment for Acceptance Letter Procedures (Freshers Only)

	Important Information:
Step 1:	You are required to accept this Offer on or before 3rd October, 2023. Details of registration procedure are as follows:.

Step 2:	Logon to http://ecampus.fuoye.edu.ng/putme and login with your JAMB Registration Number
	Note: You will be required to Login using Jamb Registration Number e.g 86510415CA

Step 3:	Upon Login Click on “Check Admission Status” to check admission status. If admitted, click on the “Accept Admission Offer” button to commence initial registration rights on the “Undergraduate Portal”. You will be required to pay "Clearance Processing Fee" of N5,000 Only

Step 4:	Once "Admission Offer" is accepted, an account will be created for youautomatically on the undergraduate Portal and a password change will be required.

Step 5:	Note that your initial password is "password", provide any desired password of your choice in the new password fields to change your password. [Note: Ensure to choose password you can remember].
	Note: An Email containing the details of your new account setup will be sent to your mail for future reference.

Step 6:	Once password is changed successfully, you will be prompted to login again using your JAMB RegNo and your newly created password.

Step 7:	Your profile details will pop-up for you to confirm and validate your information. You will be allowed at this point to change your passport if you desire to change it.
	Note: Ensure to use a valid email Address and Phone Number. Frequently check this mail for updates and information from time to time

Step 8:	After updating your information, a confirmation link will be sent to your email box provided. Logon to your E-mail and click on the account activation link.

Step 9:	Upon account validation you will be required to pay a non-refundable sum of N40,000 only as Acceptance Fee

Step 10:	After payment of Acceptance fee, Print Out your Admission Letter
Step 11:	You are to download, Print, complete the following documents and upload a scanned (not camera picture) upon completion
	Letter Of Attestation (from Parent) Guarantor's Letter (from A Clergy)

Step 12:	Once the above steps are completed, a link to print out your Clearance Certificate will pop-up on your dashboard

NOTE:	Any candidate whose "Clearance Certificate" could not be generated/printed should proceed to Step 13
Step 13:	You are to provide a valid Examination Number, Year and Month. Also, WAEC/NECO/NABTEB (Whichever applies) Scratch card details, Candidates who have previously uploaded the scratch card details will be provided with the details of their Scratch Cards as uploaded during the POST UTME/DE screening exercise, kindly confirm the correctness of the details and click on the "Submit for Verification" button when you are done

Step 14:	Candidates are required to submit 3 copies of all credentials including the course registration form at the Faculty Office as listed below:

. : B: Admission by Transfer Application Instruction [For Inter-University Transfer Applicants Only]

Step 1:	Candidates are to download transfer form from University Website

Step 2:	Completed transfer forms with evidence of payment of N5,000 processing fee is sent to the Registrar;

Step 3:	Transcripts of candidates are sent from the previous Universities to the Registrar

Step 4:	Registrar sends all admission transfer cases to the Departments;

Step 5:	Submissions from Departments through Faculties are forwarded to the Registrar;

Step 6:	Academic Affairs Division, on the instruction of the Registrar, will compile the submissions;

Step 7:	Registrar forwards submissions to Committee of Deans;

Step 8:	The compiled list of transfer submissions will then be forwarded to Senate for approval;

Step 9:	Where Senate does not hold, the Vice-Chancellor shall give executive approval on behalf of Senate;

Step 10:	The decision of the Vice-Chancellor, on behalf of Senate, shall be communicated to the Deans of the Faculties, Heads of Department and the ICT Department.

Step 11:	Thereafter, the candidates shall be communicated by Email or SMS to take up the admission as the case maybe.

	Registration for Successful Admission by Transfer
	The procedure for registration of sucessful candidates shall be similar to the registration of Fresh students as stated in "section B"
	In addition to the registration procedure for all the new students, candidates for the admisson by transfer will upload
	Completed Transfer Form O'Level and Jamb results at the point of Admission at the Previous University.

Step 1:	Logon to http://ecampus.fuoye.edu.ng and Click on "Student Login" Link

Step 2:	Login with your Matric Number e.g CSC/2017/1001 and your password to the portal
	Note: If this is your first time, simply se your Matric Number/Jamb Reg Number as your username and the word "Password" as password, Also you will be required to complete step 3 to 5 below while existing students should proceed to Step 6
Step 3:	You will be required to update the underlisted data:
	Passport Upload (Red background) Phone Number Nationality Religion Date of Birth Email Address (Must be Fuoye Student Email Address )
	Note: Ensure to use a valid email Address and Phone Number. Frequently check this mail for updates and information from time to time

Step 4:	After updating your information, a confirmation link will be sent to your email box provided. Logon to your E-mail and click on the account activation link.

Step 5:	Change your Password as required
	Note: An Email containing the details of your new account setup will be sent to your mail for future reference incase you forget.

Step 6:	Proceed to pay in full all dues as stated on the "Pay Bills" section on your portal.

Step 7:	You are to ensure to complete your course registration on the portal on/before the close date [See Section D for details]. No Compliants whatsoever will be entertained after deadlines and penalties will strictly be served to defaulter.

	Please for any clarirfication on course to registeror any form of error in your resulsts as shown on the portal, Kindly visit your Head of Department to lodge your complaints in writting.
	Failure to follow these instructions is strictly at your own risk and the ICT directorate will not be liable to any denial of Service on the old portal afterwards.

. : E: 2023/2024 Allocation of Hostel Accomodation Procedures

	Important Information: Access for registration for allocation of hostel accommodation commences on Monday 4th November, 2019. Therefore interested applicants are expected to follow the procedures listed below:
Step 1:	Applicants are to signify interest for accommodation in the University Hostel at the Student Affairs Division.

Step 2:	Obtain accommodation form from the Student Affairs Division.

Step 3:	Take the form to Security Unit for screening and certification.

Step 4:	Return form along with duly stamped school fee receipt and a copy of medical certificate of fitness.

Step 5:	Collect authority to pay from the Student Affairs Division and proceed to bank for the purchase of bank draft for the sum of Fifty Thousand Naira Only (N50,000.00) for Oye campus and Thirty Five Thousand Naira Only (N35,000.00) for Ikole campus.

Step 6:	Present a copy of accommodation receipt at the student Affairs Division for further formalities.
